EDUCATION & SUPPORT
baby has arrived, now what?
FEEDING YOUR BABY
your baby, your choice, my support
Feeding Support
For you it may be experiencing pain with the latch; plugged ducts or mastitis; feelings of not having enough milk or too much milk for your baby; navigating exclusive pumping or balancing both breast and bottle. No matter what it is, if you feel it's keeping you from having a positive breastfeeding experience, I can help.
With individualized education and support, I am committed to working with you in achieving feeding goals that feel right for you.
Introducing Solids
While introducing solids or complimentary foods to breastmilk and/or formula come with benefits, it also comes with risks if done too early. As with all other things related to your baby, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Rather than a preset schedule, babies should be introduced to solids based on their individual developmental skills, unique appetite and eating pattern in order to successfully and safely take this next step.
Return to Work
If returning to work has you feeling overwhelmed and uncertain of how you will navigate it along with caring for yourself and with continuing to meet the needs of your little one, you're not alone. With consistent education and support, we will create a individualized, clear and concise plan that removes the guess work for you so you can focus your energy on simply enjoying your last few weeks with your little one.
