The confidence and belief in yourself to meet your baby's needs and recognize when to seek help so you can establish a positive breastfeeding relationship from birth
Shared knowledge with your partner of how you can both be involved in feeding times and ways your partner can bond with baby when/if you're exclusively breastfeeding
Understanding of when and why a supplement might be medically-required, the risks and the benefits of such; and the process of informed decision making
The ability to uncover, alongside your partner, your hopes and fears around feeding your baby while gaining actionable steps to ease those fears
